Murray has extensive experience in natural gas sales, marketing and consulting to commercial, institutional, industrial, LDC, pipeline and power generation customers in both Canada and the United States.
He also has extensive experience in the sales and marketing of natural gas management software as well as regulatory cost allocation and rate design.
Murray has provided pipeline project analysis and natural gas deregulation expertise to clients and has also appeared as a company witness before the National Energy Board, the Ontario Energy Board and the Manitoba Public Utilities Board on topics including rate design, cost allocation, sales contracts, export license applications, pipeline facilities applications and the import and export of heavy fuel oil.
Murray graduated from the University of Waterloo where he majored in Mathematics and Computer Science.
